EcoYogadventures Retreat:
From the Cloud Forest to the Pacific Coast
Costa Rica

March 12-19, 2023

Join Sarah Brenes for another fantastic EcoYogadventure in Costa Rica. We will begin our adventure in the cloud forest and hike Cloudbridge Nature Preserve in the Talamanca mountains, known for its majestic views and sounds of the mountains, forest, and river.  This region is famous for having some of the most exquisite birds in the world. From the mountain region we will then travel to the Pacific Coast.  Along the way we will visit the Nauyaca Waterfalls.  On the Pacific coast will be staying at a beautiful retreat center in Ballena Bay, a beautiful region known for its whale tail shaped beach and rainforest in the Osa Peninsula.  It is one of the best places in Costa Rica to see whales and dolphins, coral reefs and tropical marine life, along with an abundance of wildlife in the nearby national parks.  There will be daily yoga and meditation experiences, healthy and delicious food (can accommodate to most diets), time to hang poolside and the beach, hiking excursions through the primary forest, discovering inspirational waterfalls, and more sweet surprises.
