Reiki is a natural, hands-on energy healing system that works to bring the mind, body and spirit into better balance.  Reiki helps to promote optimal health; reduce stress, release energy blocks, which can support enhanced energy flow and the body's natural ability to heal.  Reiki works on all levels:  mind, body, and spirit. 

In a Reiki session, the client rests comfortably on a massage table while the Reiki Master, Sarah, uses her hands and a gentle touch to bring the Reiki energy within.  Clients come to receive Reiki when they are feeling unbalanced, ill, stress, or would like to de-stress and relax so their energy is restored once again.

Sessions with Sarah are typically 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and are scheduled by appointment.  Call or contact Sarah for your appointment and location.

Learning the Reiki method has 4 levels of attunements, or initiations, ranging for those interested in learning self-healing and self-soothing techniques to working on plants, animals, people, planetary healing and the Master and Master/Teacher level.

Reiki One is primarily for self healing.  In this course (a full one-day workshop) you will learn about the chakras, about energy, Universal Law, and the history of Reiki.  Class will include meditation experiences and instruction, group sharing, and the level one attunement.

Level two of Reiki continues on from level one.  In this class you will further your understanding about the chakras (the functions, development, and mental and physical causes of dis-ease), auras, Universal Laws, and about working on others, including hands-on healing as well as distance healing.  You will learn how to give a reiki treatment and receive one yourself.  This is another full-day workshop.  You will receive the level 2 attunement in this course.

Level 3 Reiki is the apprenticeship to mastership.  This is a course consisting of eight one day workshops.  We will be going into great detail on everything you will need to know about becoming a Reiki Master.  More detailed information about the chakras, the Universal Laws, metaphysics, and how to develop your Reiki practice.  You will practice giving treatments with your fellow apprentices and will receive the attunement to all of the Usui Reiki healing symbols. 

Level 4 Reiki is for Reiki Masters who would like to become trained to give attunements and to teach Reiki classes.  You will meet with Sarah on one full day and be required to attend one group class while apprenticing to receive your Master/Teacher attunement.
